The new Sale of Goods and Digital Content Regulations\, which take effect on 1st January 2022\, have provided European consumers with a common set of rules that protect them when purchasing goods with digital components and ensure their right to conformity with the contract of sale for digital content or services. The conference will address the significance and ramifications of these new policies for consumers and local industry.
