As we present the Tech.mt Annual Report 2019 we take this opportunity to look back at all our achievements during this first year of the Foundation’s operation. Tech.mt was given a mandate to promote and highlight the success of the exceptional technology sector in Malta. Time was heavily invested in scouting talent, putting forward success stories, establishing new working relationships with the sector and investing within the circular economy.
Malta has a strong technological and digital sector, having a strong education framework, robust telecommunications infrastructure as well as a solid regulatory framework which continue to position our Island as a centre for excellence and an innovative hub for the digital technologies.
At Tech.mt we look forward with determination to continue building on our efforts in reaching out to investors, operators as well as consumers to promote Malta as the place to set foot and establish their businesses and operations. Our commitment remains to practice our core organisational values, to be a transformative, secure, innovative and a proactive entity with the ultimate aim of enhancing Malta’s attractiveness and to continue growing the sector that we have been entrusted with.
