inMalta, comprising of Tech.mt, Malta Digital Innovation Authority, Malta Enterprise, FinanceMalta, and GamingMalta, participated in Web Summit 2025, held in Lisbon from 10–13 November 2025.
Recognised as one of the world’s most influential technology conferences, Web Summit brought together global innovators, investors, and policymakers to explore the future of digital transformation. The event provided a unique platform for collaboration, networking, and positioning Malta as a hub for technology and innovation.
Through the inMalta initiative, Tech.mt supported a delegation of 8 Maltese startups and companies, providing them with opportunities to connect with international stakeholders, attract investment, and showcase Malta’s digital ecosystem.
Highlights from the business mission included:
- Presenting Malta as a centre for digital innovation, gaining attention from international audiences and connecting with delegates, businesses, and policymakers.
- Building new partnerships and business contacts through B2B meetings with technology companies and other stakeholders interested in working with or expanding to Malta.
- Showcasing Malta’s support for startups, scaleups, and businesses through investment and funding opportunities, while pointing to areas of innovation and growth.
