Led by Tech.mt, the Maltese delegation participated in GITEX AI Europe, held in Berlin, Germany, from 30 June – 1 July 2026.
As Europe’s leading platform for technology and startups, the event highlighted Malta’s growing technology ecosystem while enabling eight Maltese startups to connect with investors, industry leaders, potential partners, and customers, expand their networks, and explore new market opportunities.
Tech.mt supported a delegation comprising of 7Camber, AMS Consultants Limited, Arbit Technology Limited, Entwine by Cork & Code, Ixead Limited, Lift, Visio Consultancy Limited, and Retrogradient Labs. The delegation showcased their solutions to an international audience, established new business contacts, and contributed to raising Malta’s profile as a destination for innovation and technology-driven business.
Highlights from the business mission included:
- 1:1 investor meetings, enabling participating startups to connect directly with international investors, showcase their solutions, explore investment and collaboration opportunities, and build relationships within a network of over 600 investors attending the event.
- Dedicated startup pitch session on the NXT Stage where seven participating Maltese startups delivered a five-minute pitch to an audience of investors, enterprise buyers, and technology leaders.
- Through Tech.mt’s delegation package, participating startups gained access to a platform designed to maximise international exposure by providing a valuable opportunity to build credibility, generate commercial leads, and establish connections that would be difficult to achieve through traditional outreach alone.
