The Women4IT project supported approximately 100 young women in developing digital skills for tech employment in five job profiles: Digital Media Specialist, Customer Service Support Representative, Tester, Junior Web Developer and Project Administrator. Malta ranked as the most successful partner in achieving the programme’s objectives.
