Tender: Provision of Design, Build, Project Management and Logistical Services for Tech.mt’s 2026 Summits’ Participation
Objectives
The overarching objectives for this project would be to ensure the effective design, construction, and management of Tech.mt’s exhibition stands at Tech.mt Summits, optimising brand visibility and engagement at international tech events while adhering to budgetary, regulatory, and logistical requirements.
Deliverables include two distinct 3D design options per stand, full technical specifications (dimensions, signage, materials, etc.), costed Bill of Quantities (BoQs), and a detailed timeline. Designs must comply with Tech.mt branding and be adaptable to the final exhibitor manuals.
Construction must meet high standards, including setup and dismantling, with full project management covering logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site support.
