Women4IT – Competition – Terms & Conditions

We are looking for females aged 18 – 30 who are interested in attending professional ICDL online courses!

Terms and Conditions apply

Anyone who satisfies the below eligibility criteria can apply and submit their application:

1. The entrant(s) must be females between the ages of 18 – 30.
2. All entrants must be willing to provide full name and contact details. Use of a false name or address may result in disqualification.
3. This competition is open to those who apply and successfully complete the training of this project. Participants who have already applied for the training will automatically be eligible for the competition if the training is successfully completed.
4. Employees of Tech.mt and immediate in the same household of employees are not eligible to participate in this competition.
5. There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition or complete the course.
6. Registrations for this competition will be accepted until the 2nd September 2022 23:59 (CET). Such a competition may be extended further.
7. Applicants failing to apply by the stipulated date or not satisfying any of the mentioned criteria will not be considered for the training and competition.
8. The winner of the competition will receive an Asus X515 15.6″ FHD Core i3-1005G1 (10th Gen) laptop. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Tech.mt to use Winner’s name and surname for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.
9. Winner will be selected by randomly by draw under the supervision of one (1) employee of Tech.mt and one (1) legal representative. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection. Tech.mt shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days from when the award notification is sent, the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to the participant who classifies second.  The draw shall be done in December 2022.
10. Participants of this competition understand and agree that Tech.mt and anyone acting on behalf of Tech.mt, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media presently  known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, the name and surname of winner for public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
11. Tech.mt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Tech.mt’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition.
12. Tech.mt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the competition or fails to adhere to the rules specified in this notice.
