inMalta, comprising of Tech.mt, Malta Digital Innovation Authority, Malta Enterprise, FinanceMalta, and GamingMalta, participated in GITEX Europe 2025, held in Berlin from 21–23 May 2025.
GITEX Europe brought together professionals and experts and served as a platform for sharing ideas, exploring new technologies, and forming international partnerships. As a European extension of the globally renowned GITEX brand, the event offered a gateway into cutting-edge technologies and a platform for meaningful global partnerships.
This event welcomed tech leaders, policymakers, and entrepreneurs, offering Maltese stakeholders under the inMalta initiative a strategic opportunity to showcase the island’s growing tech ecosystem, build cross-border collaborations, and attract foreign direct investment.
Highlights from the business mission included:
- Tech.mt actively participated in four high-level panel discussions, addressing how inMalta can support business growth, covering topics like getting started, finding local partners, and accessing key resources.
- Showcasing Malta as a strategic hub for digital innovation, through consistent engagement with international delegates, tech companies, and ecosystem enablers.
- Establishing new international partnerships and leads during B2B meetings with companies and stakeholders interested in expanding operations or collaborating on tech initiatives in Malta.
- Promoting investment and funding opportunities tied to Malta’s digital economy, including schemes supporting innovation, startups, and scaleups.
