Rate of performance increase of 128%-points
#Malta has been classified as having a strong innovation friendly environment with a rate of performance increase of 128.6%-points.
Performance in innovation friendly environment captures the environment in which enterprises operate and includes two indicators: Broadband penetration among enterprises and Opportunity driven entrepreneurship, measuring the degree to which individuals pursue entrepreneurial activities as they see new opportunities.
