Tender For Setup, Logistics, Marketing and Delivery of Events Organised by Over the Virtual Events Platform

Tenderers shall provide information about their organisation outlining details including: Relevant expertise in delivering comparable projects of a similar nature and in organizing physical/virtual/hybrid of both and organizing events of at least half the capacity of this one and of the same business nature.

The list of Key Experts must include at least:

  1. Marketing Expert
  2. Project Manager that will liaise with the Contracting Authority
  3. Event Organiser

Description of Events

2 events – each event includes:

  • up to 50 exhibitor booths + up to 26webinars/sessions
  • 1 live day per event
  • 12 month on-demand hosting; 1 customized landing page; 1 customized registration page; all chat and webinar tools; project manager support; live day project support; backend access to generate reports and post event analytics; available lobby, hall, auditorium designs to select from.
