How long has the Malta Chamber existed?
Over 175 years. It was founded in 1848 and it is the only employers’ organisation that is recognised by the Commercial Code of Malta. It is also the most represented employer’s body on a large number of national boards. From Valletta, The Malta Chamber ensures that the interests of employers are being safeguarded by the government of the day.
What does The Malta Chamber place at the centre of its work?
Every member who forms part of it. They do this through effective communication and a number of added value services for businesses to not only grow in Malta, but also beyond.
The Malta Chamber is affiliated with Eurochambers and BusinessEurope, the largest representative of businesses in Europe. It is also part of the Enterprise Europe Network allowing it to offer practical services of added value to members and clients through the support of around 600 organisations from more than 64 countries.
Tech(nically) Funded
The Tech(nically) Funded campaign is based on the grants and incentives campaign. It is set to promote the financial access and resources tech companies and start-ups in Malta can benefit from. Furthermore, it enhances the idea of collaboration with other entities and Authorities – promoting Malta further as the tech hub of choice.
